In the single-breasted style, the buttons and grommets are theoretically equal or substantially equal distances from the respective sides. This is especially suitable for 2-3cm styles, because the buttons are on the front center line. In fact, the buttonhole is usually very close to the stop line, about 1 to 2cm. The button is often sewn to the mouth (on the folding door), and sometimes it moves inside or outside to adjust the tightness of the clothes. In this way, we don't have to move from the front line (like the new suit jacket).
In the double-breasted style, the distance between the double button and the front midline mainly depends on the width of the door. This style usually has a wide barge head, and the new position is below or above the beltline. The distance between the double row and the front midline is relatively close, generally 6~8cm (the buckle distance is 10~11cm); For traditional barges and low buttons, the distance is generally 9cm or even 10cm (the buckle distance is 14~15cm).
When designing the buttons and buttonholes of a double-breasted suit jacket, the button holes on the door are usually located 1 to 2cm from the mouth. For convenience, the distance on the front side is measured on the opposite side to determine the second button Li. NE (in the line, not a single button on the line). At the bottom, a row of button holes is usually closer to the opening than the internal measurement button so that the next door remains in the correct position.
